This not only brings the buildings into jeopardy, but hundreds of thousands of religious objects as well. This calls for action. Museum Catharijneconvent is the national museum for Christian art and history. It is also the national knowledge centre for religious heritage. The museum collected data of over 230,000 religious artefacts in Dutch churches and monasteries. Due to many congregations merging and churches closing, a great part of this data however is no longer up-to-date.     Viking and Medieval Dublin Online has been developed for the education and cultural tourism sectors. It comprises animated video sequences of important medieval features of historic Dublin (Christchurch Cathedral, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle, the City Walls, a Medieval Streetscape, Wood Quay, the Poddle River, Saint Audoen's Church and Saint Mary's Abbey), quizzes that delve into important aspects of Viking and Medieval history and the life of everyday citizens of Dublin, the "Dubh Linn Daily" newspaper reporting on historical characters and events, and an animated timeline showing the development of Dublin from 800AD-1500AD.

    Bonga castle is an inspiring gallery of the professor, artist Riitta Nelimarkka. It is located in the little coastal city of Loviisa, Finland, 1 hour drive east of Helsinki. The building has been renovated into a studio and an art museum-gallery that welcomes the people of any age. The Bonga website invites public to explore art and visit this peculiar, historic place.
